Fiat Doblò Cargo: International Van of the Year 2011

During September 2010, in Hanover, Germany, the IAA Commercial Vehicles Fair was held to celebrate the world’s best commercial vehicle design and manufacturing. These awards are held annually with a jury of 24 specialist journalists grading each of the vehicles.

After tough deliberation, the ever-popular Fiat Doblò Cargo came away with the top prize, after the jury awarded it an impressive 128 out of a possible 168 points. The jury were particularly impressed by the wide range of low emission engines on offer, as well as the luxurious level of comfort the vehicle afforded. The Chairman of the jury, Peter Wieman, stated that he was especially pleased to see the number of platform and body varieties that the Italian manufacturer has offered for this van.
